  All of my packages have either been shipped to the wrong address, delayed for several days, routed a thousand miles out of the way, or sent by the wrong carrier. Recently, when I was charged $23.00 to send a package that would have been $9.00 if I had printed my own label, they sent my package to the "From Sender" instead of the intended recipient. When I called to request a refund, the manager refused to even discuss it and hung up on me. If she would have refunded my money or offered to ship to the correct location, I wouldn't be writing this. I have been refused refunds in the past even though it is UPS policy to give a refund in that situation. Pretty much anyone can hang out a sign that offers UPS service at double the price while offering no quality of service. I found them to be incompetent, irresponsible, and the manager would not even discuss the problem. She acted like a little child throwing a tantrum and told me to find another way to solve the problem. So while she refuses to address her company's mistake with me, she can discuss it with whoever asks about this message instead.
